How can I return my order?
After submitting your written cancellation notice within the specified timeframe, you can return the goods. Please note that you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How is a refund processed for a returned item?
Once your return has been received, the invoice amount will be refunded to you within a few business days. This usually happens automatically.
In some cases, the refund will be processed through your Kaufland.de customer account. You can then conveniently withdraw the refunded amount to your account.
Select the pointMy data, to provide your bank details for repayment.
Then click on the menu itemMy refunds.
Select your PayPal or bank account details and the amount.
Click on Execute Withdrawal .
If you made your payment by credit card, the refund may only be paid out with your monthly credit card statement.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

If Kaufland is the seller of your order, the invoice will be available in your Kaufland.de customer account after the order has been shipped.My OrdersAvailable. First, click the "Invoice Details" button . Then select the "View Invoices" button . You can then download the invoice.
If you paid for your purchase with Klarna, the invoice will be sent directly by Klarna via email as soon as the order has been shipped. If you do not receive an invoice, please contact Klarna.
